1. About these terms

This website, https://dbstyres.com, is owned and operated by FOUR ONE GROUP, a partnership firm registered in India, having its registered office at 4/18, Near KSRTC Garage, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala, 683106, India (GSTIN 32AACFF4421G1Z1). DBS Tyres is a brand owned and operated by Four One Group.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.

2. What this website is

This is an informational website about our tyre sales, 3D wheel alignment, wheel balancing and fitting services at our Aluva and Edappally branches. It is not an online store. You cannot buy, book or pay for anything on this website, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for the sale of goods or supply of services.

A contract arises only when you visit a branch, we accept the work and the applicable price is agreed. Services are rendered, and goods are delivered, at our branches.

3. Enquiries and WhatsApp

The enquiry tool on this site assembles your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own device and opens WhatsApp so you can send it. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms. We respond to enquiries during branch working hours and cannot guarantee a response time. Please do not send us confidential information, passwords, card details or identity documents over WhatsApp.

4. Prices, availability and specifications

Prices, tyre brands, sizes, offers and turnaround times mentioned on this site or quoted in response to an enquiry are indicative, subject to stock availability and may change without notice. Quotations are valid only for the period stated at the time they are given. Product images and illustrations, including the animated demonstrations on the home page, are for explanation only and are not to scale or engineering-accurate.

5. Warranty and workmanship

Tyres and other manufactured goods carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s terms and subject to the manufacturer’s inspection and decision. We assist you in raising a manufacturer warranty claim but do not ourselves underwrite it.

Our own workmanship is warranted as stated on the invoice or job card for the work performed. Alignment and balancing results depend on the mechanical condition of the vehicle; where worn suspension, steering or bent rims prevent us from achieving factory specification, we will tell you before or during the work.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or under any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• post, transmit or link to anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, or harmful to a child;
• infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person;
• transmit any virus, malware or code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, scrape at scale, overload or otherwise interfere with the website or its underlying infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The DBS Tyres name and logo, the text, layout, graphics, animations, photographs and code on this website are owned by Four One Group or used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and tyre manufacturer marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Our customer application and third-party links

Our customer job-card application at https://service.dbstyres.com/customer is a separate service. It uses a single WhatsApp one-time-password screen for both first-time and returning customers, so there is no separate sign-up step. Your use of that application is governed by the terms published within it.

This site also links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Availability and disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Content is general information about vehicle maintenance and is not a substitute for an inspection of your vehicle by a qualified technician.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four One Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on information published on it. Our aggregate liability in connection with this website shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, for the service to which the claim relates. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Four One Group, its partners and employees from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable right you have to approach a consumer forum at your place of residence, the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms.

15. Grievances and contact
